Did you mean the one on the corner of Vidler & Nichols? Lol. The minnows at Eau Buoy are perfect size and great count. Definitely worth the extra drive to get them.

Depends on the day, to be honest.

I always prefer Eau buoy minnows, big ol' SOB's and lively - seem to do the job for the jumbos and pike etc.

That's providing the bite is actually ON though....

If the bite is light like it has been for me lately, the pin heads you get in shrewsbury are what you want.

The one day I was barely even feeling the bites, and sometimes they were just trying to suck on the jig heads rather that bite the minnows.

So in general I agree, eau buoy is worth the detour for minnows (I usually just grab mine the day before if I can).

BUT the pinheads might be what you need.

My conclusion, go to eau buoy if you can and just request a few smaller minnows just in case ;)
