For the last week or so the Erieau turbines have not been running. Have you noticed any improvements in your quality of your sleep? Or overall health?
You have Constitutional rights:
Bill C-60, the Constitutional Amendment Bill, contained a guarantee of:the right of the individual to the use and enjoyment of property, and the right not to be deprived thereof
You have international rights, World Health Organization :
“Sleep is an essential part of healthy life and is recognized as a fundamental right under the European Convention on Human Rights (European Court of Human Rights, 2003).”
If you believe the wind turbines are causing difficulties for you, you had better start complaining.
How to file a complaint:
No, no one is going to come running out and take care of your problem immediately. You have to learn to take care of yourself.
This problem is dependent on having an overwhelming number of complaints constantly sent in. Then eventually something will be done. It is up to you to help make this happen more quickly.
